Bi-Phase Eye & Lip Makeup Remover - For Waterproof Makeup

This solution works well to remove my waterproof mascara without too much rubbing. I apply to a cotton round and hold against my lashes about 10 seconds before wiping. It takes several wipes to each eye to remove.

I loved Biochem Bi-Phase make-up remover. It is terrific at removing waterproof mascara which I was looking for. I also use it for my face and lips. The other good thing about this product is, there is no oily feeling after cleaning. Normally, such strong cleansers always leave an oily feeling.

I am impressed with the quality of makeup remover this removes. The feel is nice. It removes all of my makeup and waterproof mascara so quickly. My only concern that I have noticed is that you need to shake it before using because if you don't the quality of removing is not the same. It removes more if you shake immediately after using.

I really like this BIOCHEM Bi-Phase Eye & Lip Make-up Remover because it's not just effective at removing my makeup; it also leaves my skin feeling moisturized afterwards. I use just a few drops on a cotton pad, and then my mascara is gone; a few more drops on the other side removes my lipstick, and then a quick rinse is all that's needed. I've never had a makeup remover that's both effective and moisturizing. I'd recommend it!
